Carol Verret was looking for ways to reach new customers, enrich her sales and training presentations and continue to educate her clients after the presentation. She came to Ecadent looking for ways the web could help her achieve her goals. We focused on newsletters and chat sessions as her primary means of communicating with her current clients.

Her services are very unique and tailored to specific markets. This added to the technical challenges we faced in making sure her clients would be able to participate during her monthly chat sessions. Some of her clients are located in remote areas and don't have reliable connections to the Internet. We created her site with this in mind.
